This body of work is inspired on music. Musical instruments are already artworks by themselves, made by extraordinary craftswomen, and craftsmen with the purpose to create music, music that is present in our everyday lives. With the guitar/woman series, I intent to draw similarities with the creation of music, and the creation of a new life, parting from that point, my pieces have originated other works that at first glace may not be related, but at the end most of them reflect the cycle of life always present in Mexican art.
