This series started with the piece "Sacred Lands", there's the belief in an ancient Lakota prophecy, of a massive poisonous black snake that would lay on the ground poisoning the soil, the water, and everything it touches, alluding to the oil pipelines crossing Native American lands.

These series of works attempt to make connections with the land, and some of the living creatures that populate this part in earth, and that are important for the balance of life in this planet, after all, what is more important than water, and the soil for the preservation of life? Water is Life (Mní Wičóni in Lakota).
